- Develop, maintain and improve mechanisms for the provision of facility management, including data collection and measuring processes, outcomes with ROI and making presentation and disseminating feedback to the internal entities whenever possible and necessary.
- Manage all A & A renovation works within the manufacturing facilities, including reviewing all proposed plans and installation with full compliance to meet relevant requirements.
- Updating all new changes to the manufacturing facilities with technical specifications and drawing in both soft and hard copies.
- Perform all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations.
- Provide support to all other departments on facilities related matters.
- Reporting on a monthly basis on updates of completed, current and proposed activities.
- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls.
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
