- To maintain accurate records of production activity, inventory level and material used.
- To liaise with other department for raw material ordering and receiving stock as well as worker OT form submission
- To convert so to do and prepare packing information on daily basis.
- Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
- Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail.
- Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
- Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Requirement**
- Basic computer and AutoCount knowledge.
- Able to work on alternate Saturday and long hour working.
- Computer excel and word skill, AutoCount knowledge.
- Fresh graduated or SPM graduated are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
