Min Requirement:

- Degree in Human Resources, additional experience in IT or Payroll will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing and able to travel overseas as required

**Responsibilities**:
2. Translate customer requirements and configure AGHRM system based on client specifications.

3. Conduct business requirement gathering meetings with clients to understand their needs.

4. Perform data migration using AGHRM data templates for all AGHRM's modules.

5. Process one-month parallel run for payroll implementation.

6. Ensure all payroll payments adhere to local statutory and company policies.

7. Stay updated on government rules and regulations regarding payroll for Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Thailand.

8. Act as level 1 support, diagnosing and attempting to resolve issues; escalate to level 2 or developers for system enhancements or bugs.

9. Confidently handle and resolve clients’ queries on payroll, human resources, and solutions-related matters.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
