**Job Responsible**:

- As a Project Procurement Executive, responsibilities include spearheading strategic procurement initiatives, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely material delivery, and adherence to procurement policies.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to align procurement strategies with project goals.
- Evaluate supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain rigorous compliance standards and contribute to the successful execution of projects by optimizing procurement processes.
- As a versatile Project Procurement Executive, adept at multitasking, orchestrate strategic procurement initiatives while managing administrative tasks.
- Proficient in costing reports, meticulously track financial aspects of projects.
- With strong communication skills, foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintain effective follow-up procedures with relevant departments.
- Excel in juggling diverse responsibilities, ensuring seamless project execution through optimized procurement processes.

**Job Requirement**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in project procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in costing reports and financial analysis.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- **Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and resolve procurement-related challenges.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Follow-up Skills**: Strong follow-up and coordination skills with various departments to ensure seamless project progress.
- **Results-Driven**: Demonstrated track record of delivering successful procurement outcomes aligned with project goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
