Manufacturing(Machinery)- シンガポール・タイ・マレーシア各国のデータ取りまとめ及び資料作成と、東南アジアエンジニア統括のアシスタント業務全般をお任せします。
- 【具体的には】- 各国のプロジェクトの管理(日程調整、原価管理、人員配置、受注売上予測等)、関連資料作成
それぞれの国で使用している基幹システムが異なるので、データ取りまとめにあたってはEXCELで加工や集計作業が必要です。- 資料の英訳/日本語訳(翻訳ツールの利用が可能です)
- 日本や海外拠点から東南アジアエリアに対する各種問い合わせについて一次窓口として対応し、必要に応じてローカルスタッフと連携して
回答までサポートしてください- 出張者対応(ホテル・ビザ手配など)
- 東南アジア統括のアシスタント業務(スケジュール調整、各種手配など)
【働く環境】- kulimオフィスの場合、日本人スタッフが他に1名います。
- 上司は日本人ですが出張などで同じオフィスにいない期間もございます。
- 在宅勤務が可能ですが、少なくとも週に一度は出勤する事と、必要に応じて出勤いただく予定です。
- 仕事で車の運転は不要です。通勤についても費用は自己負担となりますが、Grabを活用することも可能です。
- 必要に応じて、KLや海外に出張する可能性があります

- 学歴および、社会人経験:四年制大学卒かつ社会人経験3年以上
- マレーシア国内での車の運転可否:不問
- 英語力: ビジネスレベル
- 必要な英語力補足:主に各国ローカルメンバーとのコミニュケーションで利用
- 英語と日本語の使用頻度(想定):7:3
- 必要な経験:営業事務もしくは秘書経験
Exelで関数を活用してデータ加工や集計業務を行った経験
- Power Pointを活用して指示通りに資料作成を行った経験-
