Customer Service Officer

The **Customer Service Officer (Haulage)** shall be responsible for but not limited to:
- Communicating with customers for daily orders as well updating on existing orders status.
- Resolve any customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with customers / agents and follow up on relevant documents.
- Checking for new orders / Request of Transport (ROT) in the designated system and printing out the Consignment Note / Port Gate Pass for truck planning.
- Preparing laden and MT collection reports and updating the operation team for timely collection.
- Checking and updating the driver work tickets daily for each container and trip.
- Checking on the booking closing for export shipments and monitoring the last day of import shipments.
- Compiling all the detention and demurrage reports and update with causes for monthly submissions.
- Preparing Port Submissions and renewals for drivers.
- Preparing Monthly Trips report by trucks and to review Sales vs Actual Trips figures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
