**Primary Job Purpose**:
Customer service officers act as the face of a company and directly work with customers to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed.

Works well with people with excellent interpersonal communication skills to achieve good level of customer satisfaction.

Work effectively with all peers and teams in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Trade Asset and IT to influence and improve customer services.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Greet customer warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Process and coordinate sales orders (Invoice/Delivery Order) for Klang Valley
- Picking list report (Klang Valley/Outstation) to Tiong Nam warehouse
- Coordinate with customers and logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Arrangement of return goods
- Self pick-up order arrangement by customer and sales team
- Assist customer on submission of Halal Certs, Credit Notes & CTCs.
- Arrangement of samples delivery (Delivery Order) to customers
- Issue Purchase Request for stationery and other service related to CS department
- Create & Register New Debtor in GP System.
- Process and coordinate Invoice/Do management for customers
- Retrieve orders and submit E-invoice through B2B system.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- 1-2 years related in Customer Service experiences
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Soft Skills and Other Requirements**:

- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics GP & SAP is preferred.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills, especially MS Office Excel.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has the ability to work as a part of a multifunctional team.
- Good Team-Work and good Interpersonal Skills

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
