Customer Service Executive

**Job Scope**:
- Manage and monitor daily shipments and update customers for all deliveries timely
- Assist & support smooth running of daily operation job
- Dealing with vendors & customers on shipments follow up
- Ensure all documentations are being filed in a proper manner
- Handle costing, billing documentation and payment for shipments.
- Manage the necessary documentation for import and export activities.
**Requirement**:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and written skills especially in English & local dialect will be advantage
- Strong persuasiveness, patience, persistence skills
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
