1-Process Ordering - Ordering By Whatsapp /Call/ Fax (Po) Before 7pm
2-Issue Customer Delivery Order (Do) And Invoice Using Smurps System.
3-Key In Cash Collection For C.O.D Customer
4-Entertain Customer Complaint / Customer Inquiries - Resolve Customer Complaint Promptly.
5-Compile Do/Invoice Before Submitting To Account Department.
6-Sorting Out Credit Note
7-Organize Mydin And Tf Value Goods Received Note (Grn)
8-Distribute Statement To Customer.
9-Teamwork With Others Colleagues.
10-Others Duties And Responsibilities As Assigned By Head Of Department.
