Responsibilities:

- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handling correspondence, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Making travel arrangements and coordinating meetings.
- Acting as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Taking dictation and minutes during meetings.
- Conducting research and preparing presentations or reports.
- To communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO & COO with the Executive Committee, Senior Management members, on all corporate matters.
- To prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and to follow through on projects to successful completion, often with tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/International Business/any other relevant fields
- At least 2 years of direct experience supporting C-Level Executives
- Strong management skills, leadership abilities, and motivation, with good business acumen
- Ability to influence various levels of stakeholders
- Efficiency and time management
- Well experienced in internal and external communications, partnership development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
