Engagement Manager, Influencer Marketing

**Responsibilities**:
**This role requires prior experience in Influencer Marketing Management.**
**Role Description**:
In this role the Engagement Manager, Influencer Marketing will play a vital role in managing our key relationships, with our nonprofit and for-profit partners, developing new business opportunities, and growth areas within the Advocacy & Creative Amplification Teams.
You’ll manage the creation of social media strategies, and the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms and be able to report on the effectiveness of your initiatives.
The EM should have excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both clients and internal teams.
Previous experience in PR, digital communications, and digital platforms is critical.
**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Identify, vet & outreach: Building relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Configure content direction; sample captions, and KOL bios/personas based on relevant platforms
- Manage & coordinate posting schedules for active campaigns
- Quality control over drafts/assets that are briefed and received
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Exceptional problem-solving ability with logical reasoning, creative thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
- Conducting brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to
- develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally sound manner that adhere to partner objectives.
- You will lead the day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns while ensuring internal efficiencies are in place.
- You’ll work directly with clients - usually virtually - occasionally on-site, and you’ll take ownership of the overall project and its end products.
**Qualifications We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum 3-4 years of prior experience in a digital marketing environment and or digital PR team. Experience in PR, or communications is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of influencer marketing, brand, and communication principles.
- Experience in leading and managing influencer marketing campaigns and teams.
- Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of digital platforms such as Google, Meta, Tiktok, Twitter.
- An interest in how digital operates within the non-profit space is a plus.
- Eager to break new ground - as seen through previous experience.
