**Job Requirement**

A. Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or equivalent in scientific or engineering discipline is required.
- Basic knowledge in welding, cutting, fitting, engineering works with minimum 5 years relevant working experience.

B. Other Personal Capabilities
- Able to lead the subordinates to carry out all Mechanical and Electrical activities.
- Knowledge in Maintenance and Engineering operation and adequate supervisory skills.
- Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.
- Systematic and positive problem solving approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; results-driven, self-motivated with an ambition to learn, teach, optimize, and effect positive changes.

**Job Responsibility**

A. Purpose and Scope

This job description defines the minimum expectation of Maintenance Manager or Assistant Manager on his duties, responsibility and expected knowledge.

B. Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities
- Ensuring compliance of Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the Company.
- To inspect, plan and execute maintenance task is carried out accordingly and timely manner.
- Lead the team and to complete according to the plan and achieve the target that has been set.
- To direct plant machinery or equipment breakdown is attended to promptly and properly.
- To direct all breakdown record & machine record were documented.
- To direct all spare part control properly & record well maintain.
- To establish a good teamwork and to manage, lead and motivate the team of maintenance members to meet productivity goals.
- To maintain all equipment and machines to allow maximize productivity and minimum downtime.
- To lead and monitor on technical solutions for all plant troubleshooting works.
- To plan and organize preventive and routine maintenance activities.
- To review on Preventive maintenance program together with PE team to ensure continuity of plant operation.
- Lead & manage maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective action for machines and building facilities.
- To lead & monitor on the projects assigned. Plan, monitor & control materials that needed for the project arrived in time.
- Provide full support and cooperate to other department in plant to solve maintenance problems.
- To ensure the workers follow the safety rules and regulations in daily operation.
- To identify training needs with the necessary skill and knowledge for the maintenance team members to perform their duties effectively.
- To provide constructive feedback/technical advice/input to support the maintenance members.
- To develop, review and execute work procedures in accordance with the regulatory & ISO requirements for the department.
- To work with all departments to identify and rectify equipment issues with regard to safety, productivity, quality and reliability.
- To inspect and audit of workplace to identify potential hazards to safety.
- To investigate any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence and occupational hazards reported.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
- To work with contractors or vendors on project control and implementation.
- To comply good 5S practice in Maintenance area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
