Responsibility:

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Issue Delivery Order and Sales Invoice.
- Preparing delivery schedules and track orders, ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of delivery and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Cooperate with inventory clerk to conduct final check and arrange goods load onto lorry truck
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks that assigned by management.
- Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks that assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- Great computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Required language(s): English and Malay.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Able to work independently, multitask, meet critical deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Attentive to details.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
