- Must be very fluent in English (speaking & writing)
- Must be very knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, data validation, Vlookup, etc)
- Must at least have a Diploma
- Must at least have 1 year experience in accounting, finance, and administration, or similar roles.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO DO**
- To perform daily follow up with clients by sending out statement requests & payment reminders and ad hoc invoice copies to clients.
- Reviewing the Direct Debit declines.
- Assist on the ad hoc admin related task such as credit note submissions in Focal Point.
- Step in on ad hoc credit projects related to admin.
- Assisting in submission of docs for vendor registration.
- Assisting in documentation for administrative accounts

**Start Date: Immedietly**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
