Job Descriptions:
- Inform on a daily basis to the Chef de Partie on all operational related matters.
- Preparing and measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Prepare on daily basis food requisitions as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
- Attend training sessions if applicable.
- Report any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
- Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the kitchen and that they are stored properly.
- Ensure smooth running of the kitchen during the Chef de Partie’s absence.
- Follow company’s policies and procedures for restaurant operations internally and externally.
- Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a SPM and above
- 1 - 2 years working experience in F&B industry. School leavers are also encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus
- Well versed in Local / Oriental / Japanese Cuisines or Pastries
- Tactful, courteous and able to communicate well with people
- Male/Female, open to Malaysians or permanent residents
- Work locations: Tun Razak Exchange, KL East, Bukit Jalil

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
