Doing secretarial and administrative tasks while reporting to higher management.
- Editing, formatting, and typing presentations, documents, and reports.
- Maintaining databases, entering data, and keeping records.
- Coordinating with internal divisions, taking calls, and organizing trips.
- Taking care of top management's correspondence both internally and externally.
- Setting up appointments, keeping track of events, and reminding people.
- Taking notes, copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Preparing venues for scheduled activities and, if necessary, setting up refreshments.
- Coordinating mail and courier services, as well as ordering new and replacement office supplies

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in relevant fields
- 1-2 years of administrative or personal assistant experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Extensive experience with office programs like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create papers and spreadsheets.
- Advanced typing, taking notes, maintaining records, and organizing abilities.
- Managing correspondence both internally and outside.
- Working familiarity with fax machines, copiers, scanners, and printers.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
