**About Us**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Personal Assistant to assist our company directors with tidying up and organizing private and confidential files.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain private and confidential files.
- Digitize and file physical documents securely.
- Create and manage a structured filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Ensure all files are kept up to date and securely stored.
- Coordinate with company directors/managers to identify and categorize important documents.
- Assist in the implementation of document management best practices.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of discretion and integrity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with senior executives or directors.
- Familiarity with digital filing systems and cloud storage solutions.
- Familiarity with physical filing system and labeling
- Previous experience in a similar freelance or remote role.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per week
