Store Assistant

Store Assistant for Amazing Baby Bukit Jalil.
Basic Salary + Commission included.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customer service for clients.
- Offer advice on product and packages that’ll best meet their preference.
- Manages Cash, Card or Online transactions with customers.
- Manages customer appointments.
- Assist photographer and client during photography session.
- Follow up with customer for a complete photography service.
- Handle refunds or exchange.
- Manages the social media.
- Inventory management (such as reporting and ordering of stocks, receiving orders and restocking).
- Responsible for the overall upkeep of the studio.
- Handling complaints and resolve customer enquiries.
- Balance cash registers during closing time.
**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least an SPM in any field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in any customer service related position is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Selected applicant will work at Amazing Baby, Bukit Jalil.
- Working hours: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off day), 11am to 7pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
