**What you get to do**:

- Collaborate with managers to understand their objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
- Develop creative strategies and concepts that align with goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovative campaigns.
- Ideation and concept development, lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and unique ideas.
- Create storyboards, mood boards, and other visual representations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered
- Present and effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to clients.
- Inspire and motivate the creative team to achieve their full potential
- Conduct thorough reviews of creative work to ensure it meets quality standards and requirements.

**Requirements (What we need)**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a creative role. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns across various mediums (print, digital, social media etc.).
- Proficient in using creative software and tools (AI,PS & ID, etc.).
- Exceptional conceptual thinking, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
