Creative Lead

**Job Overview**:
As the Creative Lead at Sometime, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's marketing and design strategies across online and offline channels. Your exceptional creativity, strategic vision, and marketing expertise will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and boosting sales. Leading a creative and talented team, you'll ensure all marketing and design outputs align with our brand identity, maintaining a strong competitive edge in our industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creative Direction and Design_
- Lead the creative process, from conceptualization to execution, for all marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, social media content, website visuals, packaging, and more.
- Ensure that all design outputs reflect the brand's identity and positioning while staying current with fashion trends and industry standards.
- Online and Offline Content Management_
- Manage the development of impactful offline materials, such as print advertisements, event collateral, and in-store displays.
- Brand Messaging and Storytelling_
- Oversee the development of compelling brand narratives and storytelling across various marketing channels to establish an emotional connection with our audience.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging is maintained throughout all marketing campaigns and touchpoints.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Market Research and Analysis_
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for the brand.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration_
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and e-commerce, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Budget Management_
- Manage the marketing and design budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven track record (5+ years) in a Creative leadership or similar role within the fashion or luxury industry preferably, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and design concepts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices, along with proficiency in design software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate creative teams effectively, with strategic thinking skills to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative executions.
- Understanding of luxury branding and target audience preferences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
