Job Description
- Responsible for handling office administration duties.
- Responsible for document / parcel delivery and receiving.
- Set up the meeting room for all meetings.
- Responsible for general office asset management, inventory check and replenishment for stationeries and groceries; monitoring and renewal of company's car road tax & insurance, etc..
- Administer contracts for office cleaning and rented machinery such us photocopy machine, water filter, etc....
- Handling administrative tasks such as processing claims, appointments and travel arrangements.
- To care/prepare all boss’ daily needs and assisting her in Personal area & Professional area.
- Preform any ad hoc tasks given by the Boss.

Compulsory requirements:

- 1. Highly responsible, structure, discipline, and having all the good working attitudes. Very sharp and precise in performing any tasks.
2. Very high common sense. Know what to do without close monitoring and guidance from the Boss.
3. Very well job planning and time management. Able to do parallel tasks.
4. Committed and able to enjoy doing the Personal Asst job.
5. Having the attitude of enjoying multiple working environments.
6. Able to work extra hours whenever required.
7. Able to work outstation is a compulsory.
8. Having own transportation (car) and possess valid driving license.
9. Applicant must be willing to work in Puchong.
