Assist MD on daily work and personal matters
- Managing MD's diary and schedule meeting
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meeting
- Following up on pending matters with limited disrection
- Responding to urgent and ad hoc requests
- In charge of internal communication announcement
- Co-ordinating and booking internal travel arrangements
- Assist admin in setting up and doing adjustment for internal system
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- With or without experience
- At least form 6 and above
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa (if can speak any other additional language would be an advantage)
- The ability to be proactive, multitasking, initiative and a details oriented person
- Excellent computer literacy and familiar with latest digital gadget. Good in Excel / PDF / PPT
