Our clients are an established Financial Institution that are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Services team.
**Your new role**
- Prepare meeting minutes, circular of resolutions and board papers.
- Advice board of directors on cosec regulations
- Assist in the pre and post board of directors meetings, audit meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers and reports frilled to BNM.
- File and lodge annual returns and audited financial accounts.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Min 5 years experience working as a Company Secretary
- MAICSA license.
- Prior working experience in a Financial Institution and familiar with FI terminology is a MUST.
