**What requirements you'll need to be eligible**:

- CGI (ICSA) qualification, CGQP (ICSA) finalist or currently pursuing CGQP (ICSA) programme
- Chartered Secretaries Malaysia (MAICSA)
- Conversant with **Companies Act 2016**. Knowledge in Bank Negara Malaysia policy document on Corporate Governance will be an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken **English and Mandarin, **as the role require to liaise with China stakeholders
- Able to handle all aspects of company secretarial works including organising, coordinating and compiling meeting papers for board and committee meetings, general meetings and management mee tings, drafting of meeting agenda, resolutions and minutes and to follow through on signing and action required within timelines

**What you'll be doing on the job**:

- Provide adm inistrative support to the Company Secretary/superior in day to day secretarialfunctions in respect of the Bank and its subsidiary(ies).
- Assist in drafting agenda, compiling meeting materials, preparing skeleton of minutes and conv eying meeting decisions to the Management in respect of Member/Board/Board Committees (except Board Audit Committee)/Management Committee meetings.
- Assist the Company Secretary/superior in organizing Member/Board/Board Committees (except Board Audit Com mittee)/Management Committee meetings.
- Prepare, arrange and ensure timely submission of statutory forms, returns and notifications in accordance with the requirements of Financial Services Act 2013, Companies Act, 2016 and other authorities (where applica ble).
- Prepare and draft resolutions of Member/Board/Board Committees (except Board Audit Committee)/Management Committee and other relevant secretarial documents.
- Arranging for signatures on the resolutions/documents including follow through on signing, and action required within timelines
- Liaise and attend to the request of other departments in relating to the corporate information and statutory records of the Bank and its subsidiary(ies).
- Assist in updating, maintaining and tak ing custody of all relevant statutory records, minutes books, forms, documents and common seal of the Bank and its subsidiary(ies).
- Assist, t rack and keep record of the development programme attended by the Board members.
- Assist in liaising with Internal/External/Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”) Auditors for request/audits carried out by them respectively.
- Handle all other basic secretarial duties with mínimal supervision.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Company Secretary/superior.
