**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and providing legal input on all contracts, agreements and legal documents arising from day-to-day operation of the Company, such as services agreements, customer contracts, supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements, HR agreements and etc.
- To be responsible in ensuring that the operations of the Company’s business comply with both internal and external regulatory standards.
- To manage the Company’s legal risk matters to ensure required interests are protected, minimize risk exposure, manage financial and other liabilities adequately to the Company’s interests.
- To assist in managing/reviewing panel solicitors and annual performance assessments.
- To undertake and special projects or duties arranged by the Management and a result driven person.
- Provide general and specific advice to the group on, intellectual property and litigation matters.
- Liaise with external company secretary and regulatory bodies when necessary.
- To effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (which includes inter-departments, senior management, auditors, consultants and external lawyers and company secretary).
- Develop, implement, review and update policies and procedures in carrying out the review and management of legal risks encountered by the Company

**Job Requirements**:

- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum of 2 years working experience in hotel industry
- Excellent command of both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Those who are able to start work in a short notice is preferred.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Very organized and able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
