Collection of service and maintenance charges and issuance of receipts.
- Issue the Purchase order and liaison with the accounts department on collection and payments.
- Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.
- Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, collection reports, correspondences, and other documents related to authorities, legal and other matters related to the property's maintenance and management.
- Assist in the issuance of purchase orders, capital acquisition requests,s, and letters of an award.
- Provide customer service to tenants and purchasers.
- Maintenance of office equipment, to ensure all office equipment are well maintained and ensure timely service from suppliers.
- Processing and documentation of all matters related to maintenance and management of the property and building maintenance system.
- To assist Building Manager / Property Executive in any other task assigned related to maintenance and management of the property.
