**Job Description**:
- Assist to handle all purchasing, clerical and administrative functions of the Purchasing & Admin Department.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of goods between supplier to ensure that all goods are delivered to store on time.
- Prepare and key in PO / Purchase invoice in computer software.
- Negotiable for the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service) with suppliers.
- Other administrative duties that may assigned.
- Good attitude toward team work.
