**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, coordinate and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures
- Build and document processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Collaborate, coordinate, and support Workplace Technology Services tower leads’ business needs to streamline processes and drive operational excellence
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial/procurement/payment queries and/or issues.
- Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Manage and coordinate the Procure to Pay activities. (e.g., creations of purchase orders, goods received, invoicing and payment etc)
- Provide ad-hoc and routine reports as required by management
- Undertake any other ad-hoc admin/assignment/project/transition as assigned by the management
- Analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in managing documentation, including contracts, policies, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Business Operations or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of project management, operations management, and process improvement
- Good problem-solving, proactive and attention to detail
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments, self-driven and result-oriented.
- High level of integrity takes accountability of work, meticulous, and process-oriented
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of ITIL and PMP would be an added advantage.
