**Responsibilities**:

- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Taking responsibilities for profit and loss
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
- Develop and maintain strong existing customer relation and loyalty
- Respond to customer enquiries / complaints
- Lead in engagements and strategic customer interface with key Corporate Customers

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English skills
- Experience in 3PL industry, or any part of the supply chain industry
- Knowledge and experience in managing a logistics operation
- Business development experience ( proposal design, costing, commercial awareness)
- Implementation experience
- Strong skills in IT related expects of logistics
- Excellent presentation skills
- People management skills
- Ability to adapt to and thrive environment with constant changes and information gaps
- Good team player and positive in outlook and attitude
