**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Responsible in servicing or maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts.

Responsible in all aspect of an event from conceptualize to event production, includes brainstorming, planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports.

Communicating, maintaining and developing good client relationships.

Establish new brand partner that help enable and enhance the event execution result.

Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Serve as liaison with vendors / stakeholders on event-related matters.

Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.

Constantly propose new ideas to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process.

Prepare Event proposal in power point format to share to clients.

Conduct research, make client site visits and find new idea resources related to the event.

Prepare sales report and sales forecast for monthly, quarterly & yearly planning.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:
Strong communication and writing skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Good team player and ability to work independently.

Good customer servicing skillset.

Prior work experience in event and exhibition industry.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Able to work immediately will be added advantage.
