**Responsibilities**:
Marketing & Business Development
- Strategize with the Director of SCV for developing long-term and short-term marketing strategies and goals, including preparation and implementation of the approved marketing plans.
- Organise programmes/ workshops that will benefit the overall drive of student numbers.
- Assist in the performance management of marketing staff.
- To be committed to the recruitment and retention of students. Monitor student intakes and provide statistics and analysis when required.
- To be the liaison person and perform communication duties serving as one of the key representatives of the programme to all stakeholders, including working closely with Sunway Education Group (SEG) marketing team, parent groups and the larger community.
- Participate in student recruitment activities and promotions activities as necessary.

Student Engagement & Others
- Advise, support and work closely with the student clubs and societies leaders to promote and implement student-related activities and events.
- Promote and cultivate Customer Service Excellence among members of SCV to serve students, parents, potential customers, visitors, work associates, and others.
- Support the management in managing the risk to reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders, including staff and students.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Communications/ Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
- At least five (5) years’ experience at managerial role in business development and marketing portfolios with experience in education branding, sales and digital marketing.
- Good organisational, cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills. Multi-lingual language proficiency (e.g., English, Malay, Mandarin, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently as well as in a team.
