**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day administrative operations at the office.
- To handle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper filing system, documentation and records.
- Prepare and issue of Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Payment Voucher and related documentation.
- Coordinate incoming calls, and courier assignments.
- Monitor customer's payments and collection of overdue accounts.
- Basic accounting.
- Assist in general accounting, human resource functions and duties.
- Undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by the Management or Superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably at least with 1-2 year's of work experience in administrative work.
- Required language(s) (oral & written) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Familiar with SQL accounting system will be an added advantage.
- Good team player and possess good working attitude, and high sense of responsibility.
- Honest, positive working attitude and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport.
