Temporary Admin Assistant, Tenant Management

**PURPOSE OF THIS JOB**
Be an enthusiastic, proactive person to initiate, support and execute designated duties, a team player with a pleasant personality to establish good working relationships with internal and external parties, able to work independently and resourceful in delivering the Tenant Management & Admin tasks effectively and efficiently.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for administrative works, document systemization and upkeep.
- Maintain reports files and records.
- To assist the Tenant Management team as and when it deems necessary.
- To perform any ad hoc task from the superior from time to time.
- To perform any data entry.
- To assist in preparing report.
- As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task.
**REQUIREMENT FOR THE JOB**
**Qualifications**
- At least SPM/STPM OR Diploma Holder
- Relevant training or courses that related to administrative course, ie office management, etc
- Possess at least 1 or 2 years’ experience in administrative work
