**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct customer chats/calls to the sales person.
- Handle day-to-day enquiries from the sales department.
- Prepare quotes, issue invoices, complete sales orders, print online orders, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports on a weekly basis.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Manage and update the Contractor/Dealer database.
- Manage inventory and stock updates on a weekly basis.
- Arrange driver's delivery schedule.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from the management.
- Perform any other sales-related tasks to promote brand products and services.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
