**JOB TITLE - SALES EXECUTIVE**
**Position Overview**:
- To generate revenue and drive sales growth by promoting and selling the hotel’s services and accommodations.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
- This role requires a combination of sales skills, customer service, and a deep understanding of the hotel industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales and revenue generation - Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client relationship management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market research and analysis.
- Collaboration with internal teams - Work closely with the hotel’s operations, marketing, and event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
- Event coordination - Coordinate with event planners and clients to organize meetings, conferences, and other events held at the hotel.
- Reporting and documentation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting sales performance, and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
**Experience**:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target and driving revenue growth.
**Requirements**:
- Availability - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Travel - Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related events.
