**Roles & Responsible**
- Prepare the raw ingredients and place them on a daily basis according to the daily menu and event menu.
- To assist Chef / Assist Chef to prepare the food for ala carte and event.
- To assist Chef / Assist Chef on the food promotion and function.
- Ensure the perishable items are in proper arrangement.
- To assist the Head of the Department to implement the QESH system.
- Always check personal hygiene and be well-groomed in appearance.
- Maintain a pleasant and tidy image.
- Always wear a clean and tidy uniform.
- To ensure the quality of work to maintain standards set by the management.
- To have knowledge of job description, food handling procedures, and hygiene.
- To assist Hod to implement the QESH system.
- Obey instructions given by the Superior and perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Superior from time to time.
- To maintain cleanliness in their working area/section, chiller, freezer, and storage area.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work in **Kajang, Selangor.**:

- Good communication in **English & Malay.**:

- **At least SPM **or any relevant certificates.
- Positive attitude.

Contract length: 1-12 months
