**Job Title: E-Commerce Executive**

**Job Description / Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate, plan and execute sales mechanics, promotion and marketing strategies on brand’s official e-stores (i.e. webstore and e-commerce platform).
- Explore available marketing opportunities online (mainly on e-commerce platforms and social media) and create sales leads to brand’s official e-stores.
- Liaise with and maintain a cordial relationship with key account managers of e-commerce platforms to source for marketing and promotional activities, with the objective of enhancing sales performance of online sales channels.
- Come up with ideas on increasing sales revenue through online sales channels (e.g. brand collaboration).
- Analyse and report on the results of promotion mechanics / strategies implemented and thereafter, optimize future strategies based on performance and data.
- Create new product listings and relevant creative material for online sales channels.
- Pro-actively manage sales and promotional mechanics during special e-sales dates.
- Dynamic management of product inventory on all brand’s online sales channels.
- Review and reply to customer reviews and feedback.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Academic Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Digital Business or relevant field of study.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Basic knowledge and skill in Graphic Design software / apps (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva or equivalent).
- Responsible, able to meet datelines and able to work in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
