Income Collection (maintenance charges, Sinking fund, oths.income)

Exp. Payment (Vendors invoices, others bills)

Monthly A/cs-P/L, B/sheet, Debtor list, Creditor list, Receipt & Payment, Bank recon.

Generate quarterly billing for owners

Issuing official receipt to walk-in owner(s) and attending phone call from owner(s)

Liaising with auditor on accounts auditing matter

Prepare budget for AGM/EGM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
