Manager - Compliance (Credit Assessment Department)

Undertaking improvement initiatives and general change management activities within Credit Assessment Group (policies, manuals, procedures and internal memo) in accordance to Company missions, visions and goals.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and ISO standards.
- To in charge on audit related matters for Credit Assessment Department.
- To liaise with Corporate Governance Group to ensure that the Company is in compliance with the latest law and regulations.
- Ensure non-compliance issues are addressed and rectified within department to meet compliance with the regulatory requirement.
- To provide training on Compliance related matter and ensure the training materials are up-to-date with the latest laws and regulations.
- To monitor the implementation of applicable laws/regulations/guidelines/circular from BNM that may affect the department operations.
- To do system enhancement in CAG Compliance systems.
- To highlight credit quality weaknesses, deficiencies, non-compliance and provide recommendation to the Management suggestions for improvement or corrective action plans.
- To prepare summary of compliance credit review report for Department Head's reviewing and reporting purposes.
- To report any indicators of red flag items for fraud to Department Head.
**Job Requirement**:
- Conversant with the BNM's rules & regulations.
- 8 years working experiences in credit processing, compliance and internal audit.
- 5 years experiences in supervisory role.
- Good analytical skills and report writing skills.
- Independent and capable in leading audit team.
