**Position**: Executive, Credit Management

As a Credit Management Executive, you will be responsible for performing debt recovery and credit assessment tasks which are part of the credit management function to manage the overall risk exposure of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Debt Recovery**
- Prepare supporting documents to initiate legal proceedings.
- Closely coordinate and follow up with external solicitors, sales team or the internal finance department on debt recovery.
- Facilitate decision-making and provide recommendations to the management on payment proposal received from customers post-commencement of legal action.
- Ensure that debt recovery reports for management is submitted as per agreed timelines.
- Prepare monthly legal monitoring reports from Experian.
- Provision for bad debt and write-off proposals to be calculated and submitted as per agreed timelines.
- Ensure that the debt recovery process is compliant with the company’s policy.

**Credit Assessment**
- Perform financial analysis to determine the credit worthiness of applicants to facilitate decision making.
- Ensure that credit limit approval processes are compliant with the company’s policy.
- Monitor and follow up on customer collaterals.
- Ensure housekeeping tasks are done from time to time.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the respective teams.

**General**
- Maintain good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Closely collaborate with the Finance team on related and interdependent processes.
- Consistently drive automation, standardisation, and simplification in work processes to enhance productivity and improve cost savings.
- Be actively involved in the enhancement of the Credit Approval System.
- Participate in Visual Management sessions.
- Carry out any other credit management duties assigned by the manager.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and decision making skills.
- Target driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work and has the ability to embrace change.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure a high level of service is maintained to external and internal customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
