Join us as our baker to assist in producing & expanding our in house baked goods. Our main products will be breads and pastries (baked goods).

**Responsibilities**
- Knowledge of mixing and preparing doughs for assorted breads, pastries and other baked goods.
- Involve in the research and development of new products and new recipe.
- Plan and organize production of baked goods.
- Ensure the quality of breads and pastries are consistent and up to standard.
- Maintain clean and organized work environment.
- Manage the usage of the ingredients and equipments of the bakery
- Obtain constructive feedbacks, and suggest necessary adjustments to baked good items.
- Understand the objectives of the company and provide suitable suggestions as to achieve the goal.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year working experience in related field is required (restaurant / cafe).
- Have experience in baking bread and pastries.
- Good attitude, hardworking and able to tackle challenges independently.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage volume production without sacrificing quality.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time (6 hours +)
- Able to work in a hot kitchen environment (baking area shares the same space as the hot kitchen)
- Punctual
