We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our resort's dining offerings to new heights.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Conduct regular tastings and inspections to ensure compliance with established culinary standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for the Kitchen department.
- Familiar with Chinese cuisine, excellent cooking techniques, dishes that can meet the taste of Chinese guests.
- Responsible for develop menus and well versed in making various Chinese dishes to serve the Resort’s Guests need.

**EXPERIENCES**:

- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end resort or fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to adapt to changing culinary trends and guest preferences

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Chinese Dishes/ Menu: 10 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Kuala Terengganu (required)

Ability to Relocate:
