Attend to customer enquiries from multiple platforms
- Conduct customer service survey and prepare monthly survey reports
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Arrange distribution of retail operation inventory supplies
- Responsible for the administration and human resource related matters
- Provide administrative support to the company, such as purchase, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment & fixed assets
- Ensure all related documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained
- Prepare marketing materials and update price labels from time to time
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from the management

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
