Product Marketing Executive

Targeted onboarding - ASAP

Duration of contract : 1 year (with chances to renew/convert to perm)

Normal working hours & hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days WFH)

**Main Responsibilities**
- Facilitate trade marketing deliverable and support Sales team in producing informational materials and train sales reps on how to move customers along the buyer's journey more effectively.
- Manage product commercial success, retail excellency and in-store POSM execution.
- Work closely with the brand marketing lead from translating business strategy to product strategy as well as developing product roadmap, marketing, and implementation plans
- Plan and lead product launches as well as keep track of marketing budget.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results of campaign effectiveness in bringing increased brand awareness and sales.
- Plan events for product launches and conferences
- Provide insight to stakeholders (management, retailers and distributors) on the product and market trends.
- Handle communications and build relationship with external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, media and advertising agencies to promote the company's message.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in marketing filed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail, sensitive in numbers, familiar with Excel and power point.
- Demonstrated ability to function independently in a high-impact position
- Ability to work in a creative, fast paced team but equally work autonomously
