We're seeking an _**Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager **_with a track record of delivering impactful Education sales and marketing management results.

Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within Education sales and marketing, showcasing measurable achievements and successful campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to forge strong internal relationships, garnering cross-departmental support for sales and marketing initiatives, along with a history of fostering solid connections with external clients.

3. _Training & Development_.
Proficient in sales training methodologies, adept at crafting comprehensive training materials to enhance team capabilities.

4. _Engagement and Listening_.
Known for patience and active listening skills, engaging effectively with staff to understand their needs and drive collaborative solutions.

5. _Sector Experience_.
Tuition or _private education_ sector exposure indicates a deeper understanding of the educational landscape.

6. _Communication Skills_.
Native spoken and written English _proficiency in Mandarin would be a significant advantage_.

7. _Problem-Solving Acumen_.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges creatively and decisively.

8. _Strategic Planning_.
Experienced in sales and marketing planning and execution, capable of formulating and executing comprehensive strategies aligned with organizational goals.

9. _Digital Marketing Proficiency._
Well-versed in leveraging social media platforms for marketing purposes, demonstrating a keen understanding of digital marketing practices.

10. _Flexibility and Mobility_.
Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to Malaysia and Singapore as needed reflect adaptability and a global mindset.
