**What you will do:

- **
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and projects between customer care, sales, marketing, and curriculum development.
- 3+ years experience in customer service management, including developing training programs.
- Proven ability to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the education/training industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a bonus.
- Remote work with occasional travel to Malaysia and Singapore.
- Seeking creative, innovative leaders to join our fast-paced, collaborative team.
