Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Inquiry Handling**: Manage inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries, addressing general client inquiries regarding hospital products and services.

2. **Data Management and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring timely and thorough responses.

3. **Feedback Collection**: Ensure sufficient patient/customer satisfaction surveys and Google reviews are obtained within stipulated timeframes, facilitating continuous improvement efforts and maintaining high service standards.

4. **Patient Fronting and On-Ground Support**: Serve as a patient-facing representative, performing regular ward rounds and on-ground visits to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Qualification:
1. Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred).

2. Customer Care Specialist: 3 years (preferred)

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
