Sales & Customer Service Executive

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while also driving sales for our cleaning and repair services.
**Responsibilities**
**Customer Service**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, FB messenger, and in-person with good command of at least 3 main languages in Malaysia.
- Provide accurate information about our products & services.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
**Sales**:
- Actively promote to new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technician team to ensure smooth scheduling and good customer experience.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Arrange working schedule for on-site working staff
**Qualifications**:
- Good command of Chinese, English and Malay language in both writing and speaking.
- Responsive to inquiry and can response in real-time
- Good attitude and courtesy characteristic are compulsory.
- Fast learner and humble
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with problem solving skills
- Familiarity with Johor Bahru map and travel distance will be an advantage
- Diploma or degree holder
