As the CFO, you are the financial backbone of the organization, strategically guiding its fiscal direction and ensuring its economic health and stability through your financial acumen and business acuity. Your role is increasingly important as the company spreads its influence throughout Asia and goes for ambitious openings.
- Strategic financial management aligned with company objects; leading budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
- Provide operational oversight over key functions, including the monitoring of financial information.
- Drive continuous improvement and provide actionable data to improve business performance.
- Build strong relationships with financial institutions and related stakeholders.
- Implement internal controls to identify and alleviate risks, while ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum Bachelor's qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field, with related accounting qualifications.
- Successful track record in a CFO or -1 function within the Tech or related industry.
- Strategic and methodical mindset, with sound decision-making skills that incorporate contextual data.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance and standards.
- Effective communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
- Motivating leadership ability, capable of building and developing a high-performing team.
