Customer Service Executive

Job Description:
2. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
6. Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product/service enhancements and improvements.
7. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
8. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and other effective strategies.
9. Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients both in person and virtually.
10. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
